Cape Bakkie Centre's turnaround time was brilliant. In all the years we have bought our cars we have never experienced such quick service and delivery. Damian Marshall gave me very good service. He wasn't pushy and I felt he was looking to give me the best deal. He also responded immediately to my calls and emails. The best was when I collected my car and he had new Tyres fitted, canvas cover and front grill. I was so excited. I will definitely highly recommend Cape Bakkie Centre and Damian for his professional service. Thank you
Got the best service to date from Damian and Rentia. Saw the bakkie online and applied, everything went smooth. I saw the bakkie for the 1st time when I went to fetch it, it was in a beautiful state, except for the front tires that looked a bit worn but when I mentioned it they immediately replaced all 4 tires. Had no problem with the service during the sale but should you have any problems with the car after the sale you will get zero help in fact get ignored flat out. I purchased a car and not even 4 months later found out the car was in very poor condition and it cost R20 000 to repair. Be very careful when dealing with these guys....
Thanks to the staff at Cape Bakkie for the super friendly and professional service. My sales person was Provy and she did an amazing job from my first point of contact to me driving out with the car. I bought a great car with great confidence supported by excellent service. Will definitely come back in the future for a double cab or SUV.

Just as efficient and professional service needs to be highlighted, so to does poor, unprofessional service. Completely unacceptable behavior received from this establishment. My friend found the perfect vehicle, signed an offer to purchase and paid R100 000 deposit to secure the vehicle. This was on a Friday. He had the long weekend to sort out his expired drivers license. Upon returning on the following Tuesday to complete the deal he was informed that another sales agent had sold the vehicle on that Saturday. With this kind of service I cannot in good conscience give a good review, hence the poor one. I would think twice before doing business with them.
Was interested in buying a Golf 6 R. The person I was dealing with had poor communication skills. After two weeks back and forth just to get more images and to finally hearing the car is in another province.. Always promise "tomorrow" then ignoring you for a few days. I highly recommend buying from them if you love poor service.
Bought a bakkie and dealt with the most friendly gentleman from viewing to signing papers the staff were friendly. Even months after receiving bakkie I got follow up texts asking about bakkie and when I had a few issues Cape Bakkie assisted with no hassle.

I just want to thank Cape Bakkie Centre the staff for they super service they give me. They handled me great care and no pressure. It was a stress free application the some day my application was approved and the next day I signed the papers. Its my fourth bakkie I buy by them. They amused me with the good services. The staff is super easy to work with thanks Cape Bakkie Centre.
