If I read the reviews before I bought my car I don’t think I would have gone there. BUT I am glad I did. Off to a shaky start but in the end WOW. Thank you to everyone involved especially Wynand. I got a once in a lifetime deal which I will never forget. May there be many happy kilometers to come
We purchased 2 cars from these guys, and both times we had no issues at all. The finance guy Dani is great and always willing to help however he can. There is a sales guy named Gerrit Assure, and he is super energetic and nice and most importantly honest. I'm just sad that I can't buy my next car there due to the fact that they do not have what I wanted. Don't get me wrong their selection is nice. It's just that I came a few months too late for the Megane RS they had.
BAD service, I ask for a price on a part on the website twice, no response. I call them and they take my number but never called back. I phone Nissan Tyger Valley and they got me a price and ordered the part in the same amount of time that Parow Nissan kept me on hold.
Excellent service indeed, was in before 7 and out by 10 Actually waited for my car on location. Thank you to Celeste and Caronne for the pleasant experience and hospitality
The parts department is a HUGE failure... every time i think that maybe it has improved over the last years i am sadly mistaken. It is a endless struggle to get through to the parts department, i have left our details by the reception everytime cause the parts are always too busy but yet NO ONE has ever called back. I have called them , waited about 5 min, climbed in my bakkie and proceeded to their dealership which is 11klm away from us while still on the phone, walked in only to find them all eating away while the phones are ringing..i cannot believe how this parts department is managed.. 4 days on waiting for a quote and still nothing,i cannot even phone to follow up cause i cannot get through to the pathetic parts department...Kuilsriver can help a customer with in minutes and i really thing the parts department needs to learn from them. I can say the service department is 5 stars but parts needs attention big time
Extremely disappointed in the level of service. Definitely not a customer-centric place and certainly NOT the level of service received the last time that I had my car serviced here. The last time coffee was offered in a cozy customer lounge and the offer of a shuttle service to get you to work and back while your car was out of commission. This time a small office cubicle conversion with a tiny couch as the customer lounge without any form of refreshment, i.e. water cooler, and salespeople just walking past without ever checking in on the customers waiting. I was also told "sorry we don't do that anymore and sorry for the inconvenience" when I enquired with the service advisor regarding the shuttle service and was then left to my own devices as very little effort was spared in trying to assist me in getting to the city. Please do not ever share customer details with anyone unless permission has been given to do so...I received calls from the sales department saying that I was looking to purchase a new vehicle and learned that the service department shared my details...without my knowledge. And then a sales call offering a "special" polish for an additional cost. Very annoying if the company you work for has a cellphone policy regarding taking personal calls and you think it's regarding the major servicing of your vehicle only to learn that someone is trying to sell something to you every 5-10 minutes. When collecting my car on Friday after work, the dealership closes at 16h30 stated by the service advisor, whereas Google states 17h00, I gave it a once-over. Thank you for the service and carwash but as with all things, if you are going to do something...do it properly. The washer reservoir was not repaired and the wheels were not rotated as requested. The hole in the reservoir, about the size of a pinhead, requested to be repaired, was answered with a quote to replace the reservoir at R2k for the bottle alone. It took me all of 40 minutes to repair the reservoir and rotate the wheels myself which I am sure could've been done while the vehicle was on the hoist and the oil was being drained. Thanks for the help. The engine bay of my vehicle was also filthy, with coolant splashes and watermarks everywhere, water-filled top strut mounts, missing push clips, and a coolant level well below the MIN mark. Not sure what it is that you are doing here but I've received way better service from a backyard mechanic on a different vehicle. Won't be going back here anytime soon or again after this experience.
I visited this dealership a few months ago and I was assisted by Denver with test driving a Duster. I really appreciate all his efforts. If you want a Demo, 2nd car, ask for Denver and thank me later.
Good afternoon, a couple of weeks ago a RMI approved workshop contacted Nissan Parow Parts to establish the conflict stories that the first story I received was that the parts paid for will be delivered about three working days and then I emailed to Nissan Parow only to be told that parts will only be delivered in about 21 working days. I can't understand how you expect conflicting facts to be spinning the client's head. Next mission is the Carte Blanche or Real Talk with Devi. Please up your Nissan Parts Service department! N.B. at least I got another alternative transport to get me mobile while my Nissan Juke is sleeping in the workshop, waiting for parts. I expect parts to come in no later than 2 months with lame excuses!!!! Unfortunately, it was noted the parts were on back order.
Great customer service! Got my car serviced at Renault/Nissan service center. The staff on-site was very helpful and friendly.
