Mochachos Parow Centre

I found a hair in my steak shwarma. Does the staff not wear hairnets? I am absolutely disgusted. And the steak is soo tough, it's inedible. I cannot even eat it... Worst experience. They will never see me again.

Got my order wrong and then waited an extra 15 minutes. Without an apology, they kept having a conversation amongst one another not informing what is going to happen. My friend who ordered the same thing, order was also incorrect

This actually deserves zero stars. Ordered food via Bolt Food at 18:40. Totally understandable that they are busy. But to have not received your food almost 2 hours from the time of ordering is pathetic. It is more like a case of a missed or messed up order. As I type this I am still waiting for my food.

Totally digusted. I ordered two burgers today and the one beef patty still had the plastic on! The person I bought the burger for already ate quarter of the burger before realizing the plastic was still stuck to the patty. Unbelievable!! Never buying from grand west Mochachos again.

Ordered a completely overpriced chicken burger to receive a crumbling old roll with dry and hard chicken fillets. Makes sense why there was no one standing there. I should have read all these reviews first.

Fresh, delicious food everytime I order from them, my colleague introduced me to this place and i'm hooked. Will definately order more from them atleast once a week. Try their chicken sandwiches or the steak gatsby, yum!!

* RIDICULOUS SERVICE * This people here ARE SUCH A WASTE OF TIME, I WAITED 1 HOUR FOR FOOD AND STILL DID NOT GET MY FOOD APPARENTLY THEY LOST MY SLIP SO THEY COULDN'T MAKE MY FOOD AND LET ME WAIT FOR AND HOUR, All people who ordered after me got their food before me, The OWNER SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO WORK, This was mad house at this place, Judging from 2.5stars I can see why they got that ratings, Kak place to buy your food ALL THEY COULD SAY IS SORRY, PUT YOuR SORRY INTO YOUR CHICKEN and eat it for yourself

Mochachos Promenade. Was 2nd in line. Waited approx 10 minutes to be served and when I got to the counter the cashier informs me that they don't have the only thing I wanted... Nachos. Like, that half of your freaking name. Imagine KFC tells you they don't have chicken. HUH?????? The food in that place started out excellent and quickly evolved into sloppy messes.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. Total waste of money, poor food quality. Paid over R60 for a tiny rump steak shwarma, dough was soggy, tomato and letters soggy, dried out steak, the whole shwarma was drenched in tasteless sauce which ended up giving me heartburn, was not filling at all. First time having Mochachos, wont recomend their food to anybody.

Ordered beef shwarma took over 50 mins to make when other customers who ordered after me got their meal within 20 minutes. First and last time eating here food was almost inedible
