I was just there this morning with my girlfriend and children, coming from the Child's Doctor's appointment. We passed there to buy something for breakfast, we arrived there at 08:55 and were told it's not opened yet. there was a lady still cleaning the front door windows and we were the first customers. at 09:01 we stood by the door, waiting for them to open up, and i was still rushing to work. Finally, a guy from the back store came and opened the doors, and the lady cleaning the windows was not finished cleaning. I could see the disgust in all the ladies faces as we approached the counter and there was laugh roaming at the back where they fry the chicken. The cashier did not even greet us, we greeted and placed our order. went to sit at the table while were waiting for our order. At 09:20 it finally came. We took the order and rushed in the car because i had to drop my family at home and proceed to work. My girlfriend just texted me now saying we made a very big mistake of not checking our order because they gave a hot meat instead of the normal on, and we are both allergic to hot meat. That was very rude of them and dehumanising. I am very disappointed at hungry lion Parow Centre, much worse, hungry lion is my favourite meal than KFC. What they did is very racist!

So I just lost it with Hungry Lion Parow centre, 30 May 2022. Arrived the store at 17:30, straight from work. Stand in a que for almost 10 minutes. Lots of customers lined up after me. Got to cashier and she advised that they don't serve anything anymore and it will take up to 40 minutes to make chicken. I asked the other customers if they also here for chicken & everyone concurred. Everyone left the store because they are not prepared to wait 30-40minutes.  It is ridiculous to NOT to serve any cook meals after 17:30!!!!! How many customers do you loose because of this. Well, the Hungry Lion team were all lined up, packed and ready to go during all of this. And I guess happy that we got turned away.  Suggestion! Put a DISPLAY on the front of your shop advertising: NO FOOD AFTER 17:30.  ©Loyal Hungry Lion Customer Lost

I ordered a 2 piece normal chicken. Ask for a breast and a drum.  I received a thigh and rum and it was spicy. Order side breast spicy and coleslaw. Receive a normal thight. Very disapointed. Don' t they no the diference between breast and thigh and between normal and spicy?

I'm very disappointed in the service iv received at parow centre branch. I placed my order for 10pc chicken and they told me it will be done within 20mins as they were still making it... I said no problem I'll wait. 30 mins passed only for them to tell me there's no more chicken and I need to wait another 20 mins. Needless to say I left and will never go back there again nor recommend someone else. Very disappointed customer

Terrible.. Chips were old an chicken not nice... Will never go there again... Wasted my money

Horrible service...parow centre..half of the order arrived...where is my chips in my meals as advertised??? No one answers the pne..bad bad

Chicken is horrible. Over cooked almost burnt. Very disappointing.

Friendly service, parking outside limited.

Crispy natural flavored chicken. Great taste

They mixed up my orders more than once and they have given my order to someone else and then I had to wait ages for them to rectify it.
