New to N1 city, have tried other branches but never this one. First and last time I will. Waited over 20 mins and I only ordered wings to go and being relatively quiet. The place has a nice setup and the staff are friendly it's just unfortunate the food must take so long, especially compared to any other take away in the same food court. Finally after waiting what felt like forever for our food, it came and boy were we disappointed. Chips were drenched in sauce and some even undercooked and the wings were burnt. Really ruined the taste for us. Have had much quicker and better quality food at their branches in Parow and Gordon's Bay.

I ordered a chicken Gatsby and wings via Uber. The order already took long to prepare. When I received it, the box where the wings and chips was in, the sauce was coming out  box all messy around and inside of the packet where the Gatsby was in. Looking at the Gatsby it looked like a half Gatsby cut in two. It was horrible I'm sorry to say. It was brand, the roll was old, the chips were grey. The chicken wings was bland and so small. They don't even deserve one star for rating. I spent money on something I could not eat. I will not buy again from them. Disappointing!!! Worst Zebros experience ever. The manager do not take responsibility for his staff preparing orders wrong  , He instead place blame on his workers and did not even try and fix the order just said there is nothing he can do about .he even forgot to give my cool drink I had to walk all the  way back for my cool drink.-I place a order for a cut in 3  Gatsby his stuff cut it into 4 cuts cause it won’t fit into two boxes – if the manager was smart enough he could have just say to his staff to place it in 3 boxes since it’s not customers  problem if they don’t have paper to roll Gatsby close  with ….when I told him about he did not take my bright thinking in to consideration . Bad service chicken tasted bad we couldn't  eat it worse part we bought it for our families. We couldnt eat it so disappointed never again. I was with my friends buying 9 pieces each it's not a joke we wasted our money
