Slow service and could do better. Food was okay not the best version of  hungry lion  out there so... Lots of room for improvement. Menu is good with lots of great deals. Spicy chicken  is nice... Coleslaw could improve.... Chips wasn't spiced or salted yesterday as they were rushing due to combination of lots of orders and closing time...but also no salt, vinegar or tomato sauce or napkins/serviettes in the bag when I got home... That's poor service.... All in all average for the branch, still enjoy the franchise in general

20 December 2021 approximately at 11o clock I just ordered a big bite feast  and 2 dixi burgers. . I went to the toilet and came back .. . . I was waiting over 20 minutes for my food which was standing there the worker was just  supposed to take my slip. . . Eventually when she was done helping  everyone instead.. . I demanded she check my orderobviously  she irritated with me my food was cold. . .  the wrapping paper  of the burgers was soaking wet because of  steam . . .so I had wet burgers and wasted R76 Hard earned cash  NEVER  AGAIN

The kitchen is to slow and the cashier lied to me that to he food will be ready in 10mins and I waited for more than 40mins

Every time I order meals with you guys the sides never gets delivered. That's nonsense. I really angry with you guy. The 3rd time this happens to me at the same branch

I've just ordered 3x big bites 2 and 1x4 winglits With 3 dixi rolls and just received 1 roll
