Some staff members are friendly and helpful while others are not. Prices are not on all items and properly displayed and when enquiring the price always differ from the one to the other especially when you get to the till

I got there at 1655 after gps problems just to be told sorry we ve cashed up we cant serve u. Shop advertised as closing at 17h00. Imagine travelling some 50km in heavy traffic. Thats what i got there. Not impressed at all

One of the best baking supply stores in the northern suburbs. Definitely my go to store. The staff is also always friendly and helpful

Please update your Google Maps location. This store moved. We drove almost an hour to get to this store from the West Coast. Had to run 500meters to try and get into the store before they closed. Then staffed moaned. Forgot my wallet in my car but could not go back to fetch it as I was still parked in front of the old store :/

2022. The prices of some of there products has doubled in about two to three months. Normal price increase is acceptable, but if an item that was R71 jump to R95 and again jump to R122. It do not make sence, and i am worried about it.

Prices are commercially reasonable, ques went along at a fairly good pace, and employees were very helpful.

Great place to find all your baking supplies, they have everything you need apart from the actual baking equipment. You can find all your ingredients packaging and decorations they also have a fondant printer which adds that extra personal touch to any cake or cupcakes. Overall a really great place with friendly staff

So sorry to give a bad review. The two ladies packing shelves were very friendly and helpful. The two ladies at the till point were the opposite. After I unpacked all my stuff she tells me cash only. I had to pack everything back, went to the Atm came back, got all my stuff again, just to stand and wait while one ladies is stuffing her face at the till and the other one busy on her fone. Three people waiting. Bad service sorry.

I literally got the stuff I wanted within two minutes and then had to queue about 35 minutes to pay. Only 1 cashier in the shop. The mananger/owner came out of his office when the queue went past his office to the back of the shop. Not once did he offer the lady at the till assistance by either packing for her or manning the other till. Stood in one of the aisles and watched her battling and did nothing.
