Don't trust these guys. I bought a car by them, 1 week later battery was dead . They replaced the battery , no apology. The next month and lots of phone calls and emails later R19000 steering rack broken, they didn't want to replace it. They claim a roadworthy is a proper check. brakes, float... etc. I had to replace it all.The bank who financed me just as useless.

After sales service is VERY POOR. Me and my partner bought a VW Amarok a couple of months ago, everything with the bakkie was in order till November 2019 after the first problem appeared, we informed the salesperson straight away. Took the bakkie to our local VW dealer, had the machine on the bakkie, showed plenty af faults. Called Motorworld and informed him of everything........All he said is that the owners will be in contact with us. The EPC sensor is faulty, cant drive as the bakkie does not allow us to start him. This is week 3 still no one contacted us.

I enquired about an Isuzu kb300 king cab 4x4 that I was keen to purchase. They said the vehicle was in good condition and it's roadworthy had been passed and all inspections on the vehicle had been done and it all worked as it should. This was not the case after wasting a morning driving there to purchase the vehicle. The tailgates locking mechanism struggled to open and the 4x4 low range did not engage. They had no idea that the vehicle had these problems. Due to this I lost faith in there commitments to have it repaired. I left without purchasing the bakkie. Other than that their consultants were very helpful and understanding.

We purchased a yellow mini cooper S 2007 model from Motor World and we must say it has been the worst experience we have ever had, I would imaging people use dealerships such as this so that we don't have any headaches. The vehicle was purchased in May, not to sure of the exact date from the sales man George who promised us things would be attended to and it wasn't. Then we dealt with Mr Klause the after sales manager who assured us that everything would be sorted which still hasn't. Today 03/07/2015 we took the car to be serviced at Century Auto Clinic in Parow, and when we saw the condition of the brakes and disks we were shocked there was literally nothing left which costs us R4300.00 when we asked Klause how this vehicle passed roadworthy he said that they don't remove wheels to check this. Management are refusing to fix this as they saying its wear and tear,yet since we've had the car in our possession it literally goes from my home to my work which is a round trip of 10km daily as we have other vehicles we use for family outings. We all understand wear and tear but to this extent its shocking how they even sold the car to us!! Can anybody advise what to do as they are refusing to help us!!!!!

VEHICLE SOLD WITH FALSE FACTS Purchased a vehicle from Motorworld on the 1st of August 2017 and was told the vehicle has been fitted with run-flat tyres as the vehicle does not have space for a spare wheel. Since this is a sport model Opel Corsa 1.6 Turbo sport I accepted this. I noticed the vehicles one wheel is losing pressure and went to a well known tyre place to quote a price on a run-flat tyre and to my surprise the car IS NOT fitted with run-flat tyres. I then went to another place to confirm this and YES the car is fitted with normal tyres. As a person purchasing his first car I did not have the knowledge about the differences between a normal and run-flat tyre. Emailed the sales person and he spoke to the MD which in turn tells me it is past 6 months they cannot assist me and I should solve the problem myself. In my opinion, 6 months and 12 days later to be exact, MOTORWORLD sold me a vehicle with false information and this is their mistake and will not take responsibility for their fault. If this was any minor problem i can understand the 6 month period however who the heck sells a car without a spare wheel and the car is running on normal tyres!!! DISAPPOINTED! DISGUSTED! I had to go to court for a car, Audi A4, that had a broken Air Con Compressor costs: R15000, which they tried to cover up. I have been lied to and threatened, which resulted in the court case that I won, due to obvious evidence. No cooperation after the buy and fraud. Not even a year later, the engine gives up, which turned out to have undergone uncertified repairs in the past. DO NOT BUY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

I bought a Toyota Prado 2013 57 000km on the 3rd of October 2016. There where spanner missing in the tool kit and the tow bar lock was broken. Adriaan one of the directors owners said he would order me the spanners and repair the tow bar lock. Still haven't got the spanners and the lock is still broken. Yesterday I took the vehicle for its 60 000 Km service at Toyota Tokai The front brake pads and disc had to be replaced and the air filter. The after service at MOTORWORLD IS SHOCKING. 8th November 2016.

They sell kuk, very good salespeople but the most disgusting after sales iv ever come across, no communication, they sold me a ford ranger with a gearbox problem and refuse to repair it, RMI is now involved and still they refuse to repair it, management treats me like a child and inferior to them, It feels like apartheid dealing with them, so disgusted

Contemplated getting a vehicle from them but after reading some of the reviews i will give them a pass.
