Very bad service. Staff members are rude.  In response to your condescending reply, you obviously will not find my name on your guest list as upon entering your store I was welcomed with a very bad service with unattentive staff members. Why would I stay and spend my money on such poor service? Cape Town branch.

Few years back I bought f hair was very great quality I still hve few pieces which is still soft and bouncy them recently when I bought from them very bad hair shredded and they lie about they inches and staff is very sarcasticService:&nbsp;Hair extensions

Beautiful installation and very friendly service.

They are terrible the owner is very rude and they lie about their inches.  I will never ever buy anything from them
