Panorama Petshop

A++ Experience. This was my first time going there. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Also quite knowledgeable. There's a wide selection of goods especially for birds and a lovely selection of birds/parrots for sale. I'm most impressed with the shop as well as their service. The lady and oompie working in the birds section were friendly and helpful. And handled the birds with care. I will defn be returning and will recommend them to friends and family. I managed to get all my cage necessities and 2 beautiful budgies. Keep up the good work Panorama Pet Shop!

I absolutely love this pet store. Lots of loving and friendly animals. The workers are always willing to give those around them some much needed advice. The animal food is affordable and the accessories are so sweet. My pets love everything I buy there.

Very helpful staff and prices are very affordable compared to the larger pet shops. They have good stock.

Fully stocked pet store, even open during these lockdown times limited hours. Friendly and helpful staff/service from talking over the phone to being in store. Fast and efficient to get what you need and go, they even had someone to load the very heavy bags of dog food to my car. We will definitely be using them as our dog food supplier going forward. I have been buying from these guys for years. Their fish are from a very good wholesaler I know personally. The quality of the fish are nothing but exceptional. I probably spent at least 4k this year alone at their store. The prices are much more reasonable than other petshops. The service is just something else. they are kind, extremely helpful, and just so darn friendly which makes you feel welcome. They earned my loyalty.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and shop had everything we needed at a good price. It was a nice experience for my 5 year old especially. Got him his first pet, dwarf hamster. He was ecstatic!
