Unisa Parow

My problems never get sorted. They refer me to email departments that I've already emailed for months, on which I get no response. Get told I can't go in without a booking, yet I have proof of trying to book and call-neither of which worked.

I went to see a student advisor at the Parow campus and Lonwabo was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about solving my query so that I could register.

Yet again, I had to drive from Mossel bay to Cape town because I was not happy with the service at Unisa in George. Thank you to the lady who helped me, her name is Thandi

Service here sucks, one would think that client service is of utmost importance, unfortunately not the case, badly treated from entering the premises, staff treats students in unfriendly matter, poor service, one can never seem to get hold of the CT campus via telephone. Would never study through this institution again. I suggest you make use of your own services and go for customer service training!

One does not get through to the admin area and I was cut off after holding for 36 minutes. Not happy

Congratulations to UNISA Executive Management for the development of this campus. The infrastructure here is impressive.

For a University, UNISA IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE!! the irony is that UNISA moved to completely online no more onsite written exams etc, but the IT department probably doesn't even know how to switch a computer on. The sites/portals are 90% of the time down. You try and do online assessments but you can't log in as systems are down. You try to submit assignments..oh you guessed it..systems are down....You are writing a 3h exam and halfway through...you guessed it again! systems are down... you cant access study material....why...systems are down...this institution is a joke to the fullest degree

Forget about the contact centre. Go here in person and sort your stuff out.

Absolute worst institute ever, NEVER RECOMMENDED. It's July 2023 and they still haven't sent my results for my course from 2022. Entire year was a waste with them of time and money.
