Friendly stuff, rooms always being cleaned everyday the only thing they should get is a laundry room for us to do laundry but everything else absolutely on point. Prices also very reasonable

Would have atleast been a three Star but the issue I have doesn't only include me. I was shocked by what happened. There were people who checked in between 4-5am and at 11am they were told they have to leave and check out. Those guys didn't even get enough sleep man. I mean they were only suppose to check out the next morning. It just didn't make sense but I guess it's how they treat you there.

Wifi not working. Noisy guests and no generator

Bad bad bad experience. Room did not smell nice and bed bugs ruined my night. Never again!!

Uneducated individual who does not even want to learn , when there are some fighting on the room they mind theire own business, instead finding help and keep other guest safe, it's now the June 16 at 2am and am up , need door fight, 207 and up stirs jirrrrrrrrrRooms: 3/5

Not bad for one star hotel but I feel that they still need to up their game. They need to revamp it to match their competitors,road lodge and New national hotel have surpassed their standard and being part of reputable brand tsogo sun they need to upgrade. Basically I can't fault them its clean but a bit noisy especially on weekend night.

There's no order at all, it's a good place, fire alarm went off twice and that was because of smokers. But the drill and marshal inactive....the staging area I saw coming in so the place is aware of the evacuation process. Bedding I will give 8/10

Even though the outside is not beautiful, the staff are friendly, all the linen were clean, the cleaning staff work very hard scrubbing the bathroom, the bed was comfy and the aircon worked. The room also has a TV, but we didn't use it, since they have free wifi. Ofcourse the room is small, but it is well priced, and has a bunk bed above the double bed, which we used to put our clothes and luggage out of the way. The down side being, some guests making a huge noise, but you can just ask reception to send security to calm them down. There is a McDonald's across the street and a Mall down the street.
