The restaurant is always full but the service is efficient. I dont have an issue with this establishment and would recommend it for a good quality onthego Burger King meal...infact we had lunch on the lawn between the 2 city streets...was greatFood: 4/5
Junk food done superbly. I was totally taken by the quality of the burger patties and real potato chips. Low to no salt, tastes real and better than the counter part Mac D. I don't do junk but sometimes we must go to the dark side. You have a 5 star rating from me.Food: 5/5
Very nice Burger King. Fast friendly service with lots of space inside to sit down. They have a drink fountain that only does Pepsi refill. Outside is nice and clean with trees all around. Food was delicious and family loved it. We used the Burgerking app to get good prices of family meals. Thanks Burgerking!
I bought a whopper from Burger King at Heerengratch, 33 on Foreshore CBD. My burgers were dry, and that specific branch haven't had a mayonnaise since approximately 2 months now. I complained on Twitter Burger King's account, and they have been making empty promises, that they will contact me, and it's been 2 weeks, and nothing has come forth. Their service is very poor and I'm dissatisfied and very disappointed.

Asked for cheese on my Original chicken burger but it was not added. Such easy orders that are wrong. Disappointing! Another visit today to get a simple Strawberry milkshake. Instead I was given a Vanilla shake and was then told my Strawberry shake tastes different to other places. The toilet smells like it hasn't been disnfected in 2 days which is rather gross.
First time visiting this Burger King. I always order the same thing at Burger King and I can honestly say that this was the best Big King XXL burger I've gotten out of all the stores I've ordered from. They were very busy, but despite having so many people to cater to, the food was still top notch quality.
I order from here many times. Ordered on Mr Delivery as I am working and Ive been waiting for an hour and 30mins. My uber drivers have changed twice and the restaurant closes soon. I hope i get my food. I would not order here soon from Mr D. Update: I ordered just after 9pm. It is now 23:27 and I just received my order ice cold after calling to complain. Update: Thanks Burger King for the response, but the problem was with your store and not with MrD. Your store did not make the food to give to the driver, they did only after I called at 23:06. My driver from Mr D changed because they have work to do and can’t wait for over an hour hour to receive food from your store that they needs to deliver 10mins away. Don’t blame MrD.
This has got to be the best burger king in cape Town. I have tried allot of different burger kings but this one really is amazing. Staff are good. Burgers fresh and juicy. Fries are fresh and yummy too. Definite winner. We'll done guys..Food: 5/5
Quick and friendly service. The food was very tasty. The location of the Burger King I went to in Cape Town's CBD was excellent. The views were stunning. If anyone is in the mood for a Whopper, I would definitely suggest they make a stop at this branch.
