Upon checking out I was promised that my invoice will be emailed before I got into my car 4 days later in still waiting for it.Rooms: 3/5

The location of the hotel is its biggest set back . Far from a decent mall and the rooms weren't very big.

Location outside not that great, but once you are inside it's beautiful. Their restaurant has gorgeous view of the scenery and the houses around. I liked it and would visit again.Service: 4/5

The service is extremely poor. The food took approximately 1hr30 minutes to be ready. When we requested to cancel the orders they refused. The food did not meet the expectations due to long service delivery

Great food, lovely ambience, friendly staff, expect the lady at the main hotel reception, she was rude to us for no reason may she was having a bad day. Overall had a wonderful time there. love itService: 4/5

Rooms are clean and decent. Service is non impressive at all. Staff not helpful at all. Too rigid and not friendly. Not efficient at all. The new skybar at MGB serves great food . None of the MCC on their wine list was available , they didn't let us bring our own because they don't have a corkage fee . Other waiters couldn't even bring us water because our waitress was still busy. Service level should really be improved. MGB looks amazing but overpriced.

MGB HOTEL AT 2 TEN, THIS IS THE BEST HOTEL I HAVEN'T SEEN IN OUR DISTRICT. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE VERY KIND, YOU TRAINED THEM VERY WELL, THEY KNOW WHY THEY ARE THERE. KEEP THE VERY GOOD WORK THAT YOU ARE DOING, YOUR KINDNESS IS SUPER. YOU DESERVE 5 STARS. Class class at its best. Black excellence at play. I had wings and they were tasty. The hotel is sooo beautiful
