This man Morgan is a liar and a thief. He sold us a used freezer that was "like new". It arrived at our home broken, full of grease and stinks like fish. I immediately contacted him and demanded he collects the faulty item and refunds us and then the big stories started flowing. No refund policy, it's used, can't collect ect ect. This man is only interested in profit and has no regards for the consumer protection act or customer satisfaction. We will be laying a charge of fraud at the saps and reporting this matter to the umbudsman. Shocking disgraceful behavior. It's best people shop elsewhere.
