I don't normally review places, but this shop deserves a shout out for being the most helpful shop I've ever visited. All their staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I always leave with a smile on my face and wishing that all stores offered this level of customer service. Well done guys, keep it up, you're a superb team.

Excellent service, above my expectations, received from Tania to co-ordinate document signing and commissioning between 3 countries - all staff at the branch were friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend for any type of "office" assistance.

Dissatisfied and despondent!  Tanya Edwards at 3at1 Leaping Frog is such a lovely person, but unfortunately I cannot say the same about her staff.  I had a horrible experience today with Primrose - I asked to print and certify the documents I sent via email, not explaining the email document certify policy to me beforehand. She pushes the emailed docs to the side and with a bad attitude tells me that they do not certify the docs after it was printed out and I had to pay for it.  I asked Primrose why she did not ask/confirm with me? Her response: "You should have asked, not me" after I stated that the emailed docs has to be printed and certified.  Furthermore, I say to Primrose that its wrong, she can't just print without checking with the customer first and she must listen to the customers' concerns in fact I said: isn't the customer always right?. Her response: No, not here, not at this shop - you said print and you have to pay for it!  Primrose you must learn how to work with customers - its called customer service! You will be the reason why people choose not to visit 3at1 Leaping Frog again.

Highly dissapointing experience. Arrive at the store to have some photos printed, no other customers in sight. All staff were busy chatting to one another behind the counter. Not a single staff greeted or asked if I needed help, just carried on chatting away to one another. I decided to try my hand at printing my photos unassisted due to the lack of willingness to help. I stood for 10min waiting for the machine to buffer, still none of the staff bothered to come over and over assistance. Eventually I just ended up leaving, without my photos.

Wow wow wow! : I am speechless at how amazing the team at 3@1 at Leaping Frog is. They are so friendly and helpful, they assisted me in record time. If I could give 10 stars I would.  Thank you so much to Peter and the team - you guys are incredible. Will be passing on my recommendations for sure.

The quality of service at this place has been on a steady decline for years. Poor attitudes from staff on my last 5 or 6 visits mean I will now only make use of Jetline and PostNet.  I arrived at 8:30 this morning 30 minutes before they open, it turns out.  I saw a few people inside so I pulled on the door assuming it was open. A man inside looked up at me for a second or two and then looked back down without offering any kind of help.  I spent a minute or two looking around the windows on the outside of the store for opening hours. There are none posted.  So again, I tried the door, this time, loudly asking, "Are you open?". Again, the man looked up at me for a few seconds and then back down without offering any kind of assistance.  Eventually, a security guard patrolling the parking lot outside the store had to advise me that they open at 9am on Mondays.  This is not the first time I've had attitude or service issues with the staff here, either. On my last visit, I waited 25 minutes to print a single A4, after which I was told that my card could not be accepted for payment and that only cash payments would be accepted for printing.  As a result, I walked around the corner to an ATM to draw money. On my return to the store to pay, I was told that the store doesn't carry change, and that I would need to pay in the exact amount.  Absolutely atrocious service.

Since their opening, Tanya and Peter do an exceptional work and their staff is properly trained. I use their services at least once a week, mainly to print plans, and never had the slightest mistake. Congratulations, very professional
