Horrid service! Paid for business cards the 5th of August. We got a reference number to use when making the payment for no specific reason, because apparently they don't get notified of incoming payments or check for them either. We weren't asked to send a proof of payment... by the 13th our marketing manager showed up to collect the cards.... only to be told that they never recieved payment, a proof of payment was therefore sent through the very same day. A week after that we got flawed "illustrations" of what they would look like. Flaws were pointed out and apparently corrected. It is now the 29th of August, and even between the 13th and now, the advertised delivery time is a total misrepresentation. Our Marketing Manager highly strung at this stage, and already in Cape Town phoned this morning, pointed out that we said we needed them urgently for our homemakers expo in Cape Town, no effort is being made to deliver them to us in Cape Town. The extremely rude lady that's been the contact person so far, screamed back in disagreement of the situation instead of trying to fix the problem. I'm also attaching a watsApp snapshot of her communication style.... perhaps she should also invest in a dictionary whilst enrolling to etiquette classes as well.
