If there was an option to leave less than one star I would have done that. Don't trust these people with anything. They lie and deceive in order to reach their monthly targets and you will be left with the shambles afterwards.

Horrible service. 3 months ago I went to reregister my mobile banking app when it suddenly stopped working and the app didnt allow me to reregister myself. Recently the same problem occurred and I went back in and explained what happened last and what they did to assist me. The client services just shook their head and said that it isn't allowed and asked two colleagues about it and they said the same. I asked why is it possible that I was assisted 3 months ago and now I cant be assisted. He referred me to his floor manager and he couldn't even answer me as to why I can't suddenly be helped. He just referred me to another consultant, who told me the process is allowed and should be done and said she will help me after all her other appointments. Just to sit here with their system offline after an hour of waiting. And I still have to wait. The fact that the manager didn't even tried to talk me, he just threw me to a consultant. POOR IMAGE TO REFLECT!!!
Last week, my grandmother made an appointment with a consultant at 12:00. When she got there, they had her sit and wait till well after 12:00. When someone finally came out of the office, another person was helped before her and she was told to go and stand in the queue at the information desk because they "didn't have time for her now". SHE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. If it weren't for my aunt being there to stand in the queue for her she is 76 with back problems, I don't know what would have happened. This is absolutely PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL. My grandparents have been with this bank their whole life. To treat valued customers like this is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this review into consideration and improves the overall service of your consultants and customer service. Employees that treat clients like this, need to be reprimanded.
