Very frustrating im currently standing in the queue its very very pathetic as there is only one teller helping with withdrawals and other related thing and one at enquiries, no one too tell you if you in the correct queue or not, another client was standingsitting behind me for about 20min when he realised he is in the wrong queue, the chair are grubby i refuse too sit on them, i see one sanitising station by the door no security in the bank but one by the ATM, i dont see that anything gets sanitised after each client helped, myself and two other ladies are practising the 1.5m apart but the others are not, no ventilation what so ever its nerve wrecking standing i this closed environment, i see the aircon unit on the wall but its not switched on it hot and stuffy in this building. Im sad too say im glad im closing my account as for the service is pathetic.
The service here is beyond pathetic. I came in on 23/12/2016 to get assistance to get money from my access save account. I didnt want to put in the notice and wanted to get my money immediately at the R50 charge of course. Firstly I was assisted by a ver rude consultant, I was kept waiting for 35minutes when the bank was not even full, in fact I was the only client at the time. I called for the manager and that didnt help with a thing. I Am very dissatisfied with the service I received here.

Do not try calling. I hold for 22 minutes per call then try again. Lousy service. Money making scheme.....
