Worst controls ever in this bank. Having settled the account on the 25 February but my account was debited on the 16 March. Have to wait for 7 days which will be 30th from my call to get the money back. Or they just want to earn interest for the days to improve their financial position. If I had not called when will the refunds was going to be dealt with.  Advice once settled cancel the debit order from your side.

Worst service that I had in a long time. It's faster to get a ID Card Than getting someone to help u at this Bloem Branch.

Is there a star less than 1 because they are terrible!!  I Did a review on hello peter but no response from them. maybe they will pay attention if i post on here. We have been trying to get the NATIS documentation of a paid up vehicle from August. The NATIS fees were paid on 8 September 2021. Apparently the documentation was send to us by the courier company, but the couriers failed to deliver the papers after 2 different contact numbers was given. I phoned Wesbank and I was told to phone their courier company, which I did and then I was send back to phone Wesbank because the documentation was send back to Wesbank. This is the run around that Wesbank is giving me. I phoned Wesbank on Friday 15th October and I was told that the request was send to resend the documentation. on Monday 18th October. I phoned Wesbank today 20th October and still the documentation was not send. We have left reviews here on hellopeter many times and still nothing is happening. Please help

The Lady at Wesbank in Bloemfontewin just never answers her phone - I'v been phoning for weeks now. Just impossible to get any assistance from the staff at Wesbank

I waited for a very long time for a consultant to answer my call. This is uncalled for. Also, I visited the branch here in Bloemfontein around 11am on the 25th of October 2021 and I was told by the security guard that its closed even though its during trading hours.
