FNB - 2nd Floor (Waterfront - Loch Logan)

It is a one of the great malls, manageable and not too big if you don't like walking around a lot. But it has sufficient shops for you to get all you need. The view of that water and Loch Logan Park beyond the water gives some tranquillity

Your staff is pathetic, lack every skill in the book, have zero etiquette, untrustworthy and your store is just a dissapointment in general. Common sense is unfortunately born with it seems. One star is waaaaay to much.

Nice place to relax in front of the Waterfront... while the name Waterfront could be misleading coz one could compare this to the big South African cities... my suggestion is that just take it at its face value --- Waterfront at Bloemfontein

FNB Loch Logan. Has some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. There is a slight waiting time on busy days but they try help their customers as quickly and efficiently as they can. They are also one of the few FNB branches left that have a teller available to deposit money.

Not world-class. Shops are adequate. Restaurants are nothing special. Average cinema. The quality of the overall experience in the shopping mall is not improving. The water has become ugly to look at and smells unpleasant. Less of a waterfront than it once was.

Waited for 30 minutes with being helped. I'm heavily pregnant and clearly visible but no one attempt to assist me.
