Absa Chatsworth

Have always received fantastic service from this branch, I was recently scammed with an online purchase, went into the bank and a gentleman named Rudy helped me get my money back. Am so grateful that he went the extra mile and did what was needed instead of just advising.

Customer services was quick and managed to complete all queries . Bank closes at 11am on a Saturday and with long queues all queries were resolved by 11:30.

Great friendly service. The queue can be long at times so best to go as early as possible

This is the worst bank ever the staff got more time for stories then helping customers. Especially Chatsworth branch when the did they upgrade they should of changed they staff as well. The management is never around to take complaints and when you do complian they write in small paper and leave that's how they value the customer. I would rather do banking with Fnb and Standard bank. Because the customer care is very good.

Is there anyone at reception? Because no one answers the phone. How do we get info if we can't get through to absa. Be professional please and employ someone to answer the phone.

Most frustrating bank to deal with, staff have no clue what's going on.

The Indian man at the Western Union was horrible, will never be going there again and will NEVER bank with absa after that, horrible experience.

Waiting too long for service..left t Will go back. When theyopen.
