Shuttles are more or less on time, though some days are worse than others. Drivers are always friendly, helpful and clearly experienced and cautious when it comes to the road. Pick-up zone can be marked currently no indication other than the queues of people and the marked shuttles coming and going
Shuttles to Towers are not enough for the amount of people going Towers, the last one ends at 8:30am leaving some people behind and some drivers won’t update people remaining behind if the is a shuttle that will come pick them up or not, so you have to make a plan. So if you don’t wanna be left behind, be there before 8am, the queue is long after that time. Shuttles to Republic offices are are always there, you never wait a long time in a queue.
Drive into the covered parking garage and park on the 1st level. Take the stairs down to the ground floor parking area and board the shuttles marked with the ABSA branding.
