ABSA Heidelberg Mall is the most useless bank its's month end and they only opening at 9h00 just for a card replacement the line outside the bank is so long no customer services at all, very disappointing.
Useless bank, wait hours in one line only to be sent to another line. Wasted hours of my life here and my problem caused by them still hasn't been resolved. Manager flaunts around the branch doing nothing while the lines get longer.
