The store stocks many useful items but the staff are very unhelpful. 1st person ignored me and walked away when I wanted to ask about an item. 2nd person reluctantly pointed out the aisle where the product was before also walking off. 3rd person who stood mear the actual product just pointed with a finger to the rack and ignored my question on the suitability of the product for the application I have in mind. He also left. I went to Adendorffs next door, bought the same product at a good price and got excellent service as well.

Rude and uncalled for remarks about customers made by certain staff members. I believe that, when working with cliënts, there is a certain way and manner to treat and speak to them. Telling a customer that they have bad breath or that they "stink" and talking about other customers "breasts" are unprofessional, disrepectful and rude. These might be sensitive subjects to some and coming from a total stranger, it makes matters much worse. This is totally unexceptable and uncomfortable for anyone. Please look into who you hire to work with your potential cliënts. Cliënts should never be treated this way. Respect goes both ways.

I’m have bough 2x day nigh flood lights from ACDC. I normally buy spare lights and keep them. When I decide to use them the receipt is missing. The one light comes on but does not go off. The other light comes on when dark but does not switch off. I did not expect a return bit at least for them to send the light for repairs. They wanted me to pay another R700 to get the lights repaired, the cost of new lights. In my view the quality of ACDC products have deteriorated for what you pay.The service is pathetic saying it hat I could have bought the lights anywhere however the product come from one manufacturer.

Always good service. Great range of products and very competitive prices! Well worth going to to stock up on all your electric and lighting needs.

Pathetic service, 1 cashier taking card transactions, scanner does not work and product code needs to be manually input.
