Don't know what the 'fast' in boltfast is for. Definitely not for the service, there is none. Slowest most useless place I've ever shipped at.

Agreeing with the other reviewers. Slow, short opening hours, and you have to buy in bulk. It used to be a very nice place to shop. I think the worst is the speed of their computer. It takes about 15 minutes just to get a price and minimum quantity on one screw. Management, please sort this out. This shop makes the post office look fast.

Lost a customer - so today you have lost a customer. Arrived 13:15, with the gate closed and relaxed security person informing me through the fence I should get back 14:10. Why? LUNCHTIME... While the notice is clear on open hours, no indication of LUNCHTIME... I think it's simple to rotate staff in such a way to keep business going and also allow LUNCHTIME. I have a sizable order which I'm buying regularly. Email enquiries never get responded to. But that boat has sailed. I would rather support a business that provides a decent service to clientele.

Bolt Fast Centurion is on a downward spiral. The sales persons need to phone head office for a quote, after only selling box quantities. They are no longer selling loose pieces then you get the price but can’t pay yet, you have to wait half an hour for the invoice to print out. This is ridiculous… The way it used to work was much better. I’m standing in the shop and I’m alone. The shop is empty. Can’t help to think that the new business model is chasing away customers. You can’t run a successful business this way.

Used to be a good shop to go. Got turned away twice, because I did not buy enough their brand new minimum quantity. They are only for the big guys now.

Their prices are good and they have plenty of stock but the service incredibly slow. Make sure to pack a big bag of patience when you go here.

This place is really not looking after their customers. Only one and very slow cashier and laakbare ng ot the general reviews this is a everyday experience here. I blame management as they must be aware of the challenges.

Extremely slow and unfriendly service at the Centurion branch. They only sell in boxes. Got the distinct feeling that they don't want walk-in customers or maybe any customers at all.

Today the waiting was the WORST ever!! Only ONE person at the counter to serve a long queu of clients!! Waited 55 minutes, then a second staff member arrived. BUT !!!!! the amount you buy must be more than R75, even for cash payments. This must be the most ridiculous thing ever! This owner/ manager has NO regard or respect for clients. I do feel sorry for the staff at the counter: they are friendly and I think doing their best.
