A little about us:
Ace of Maids has been in operation in JHB since 2011. We pride ourselves on our ability to work with and to resolve daily challenges faced by both employers and employees. Having someone else in your home looking after your possessions is not always easy.
That is why we do what we do.
Teaching and Equipping your Domestic Help to improve their working standards and fully comprehend that they are responsible for the care of your hard-earned possessions
Basic info on our classes:
* we come to your house or workplace and teach on your premises
* classes are 4 hours each, charged individually (normally 8am - 12pm OR 12.30 – 4.30pm)
* Classes are cutomised to suit your specific needs
* Training in is available in English, Zulu, Tswana
We have recently branched out into the Corporate World, offering training for entry level office employees. This training is claimable under BEE Skills Development.
We currently offer 2 training's in the corporate sector:
1. Office Janitorial Training
2. Professional Etiquette Training
This training is aimed at cleaners, tea ladies, receptionists’ etc. that deal or interact with the public and/or VIP Clients, people all calibre. Those staff members directly and indirectly seen and observed by clients.
Your receptionist is the first face of the company most people see and meet. They need to be well spoken, well-groomed and have the skills to present the company well. Etiquette, such as shaking of hands, offering tea and coffee, as well as body language, is very beneficial for a person fulfilling this role. In our ever-changing society, the fundamental rules of Etiquette remain a much needed skill, in order to maintain a level of respect and hierarchy with in our working environments.
