A casual employee attacked my 23 month old baby for holding sweets which we hadn't paid for. My child had nightmares the whole night because of this boys actions. He wasn't even wearing a musk while working. The manager was helpful though. Ackermans is a family orientated store and the likes of that boy who smelled like weed a mile away and attacks children should be screened properly before being employed.

12 April i was so disappointed, was there to collect my laybye, Dimpho the cashier kept me waiting for like an hour after collecting  the last outstanding, after 30mins, i asked her  abt  my laybye, she became so rude n unhelpful, i left the  shop to take my daughter to the bathrooms, then i came back to wait again iwas so pisssd

Went to ask for help as the sale price of my slippers was scratched off by teller to get a code. When I reached home and looked at slip the full price of slipper was charged. Returned with slip and photo of slipper. I was then told to go home and fetch slippers.then called a supervisor and told that that not all slippersxwere marked down.why did the lady scratch of price of 79.00 Then

They have some nice stuff for young children, boys and girls. The prices are good. For adults , not so good. Products on sale are usually stacked tight and it looks like some sort of second hand stuff. Not a good sight. Shoes for the teenagers are not good quality. The shop itself is large, and there's lots of stuff, but you'll need to be patient and look carefully at what are you going to buy. Avoiding disappointments. Kids area is my favourite part on this shop

People who are working there are so helpful and very friendly

The staff is nice, the shop is clean. But ackermans is lacking quality on their products now...
