Took my mom to look for pants since she broke her ankle and is currently in a wheel chair, not only was it accessible but the staff were most helpful in giving us a stall to fit on the pants and ensured we had privacy whilst doing so. Thank you team! Great experience .
Ever since Covid hit, i've been on the hunt for the perfect wireless bra & last week I found it at Ackermans. Went back today to get 4 different colours! And the price is REALLY reasonable too!!
It's a wonderful clothing store from the floor staff to the cashiers. I always have a great time with my shopping to be exact, the exciting kids range. Thank you to the wonderful cashiers Wendy, Kaylen,Oliphant and everyone who always serve me with great service.
My phone got pick pocketed here, when watching the security footage the thiefs were on top of me the whole time, security didn't even notice at all and shop just pulled up their shoulders not able to really help me other than show me security footage. I was the second person that day in Ackermans that got pick pocketed.
Good quality products @ affordable prices. Store is clean with a lot space to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. Friendly staff.
Awesome gowns available
Just got the worse service ever from the cashier. Tried making a payment and the cashiers making fun of me. Had to leave without buying. Totally a disgrace.
Love Ackerman's for certain things but hate the lack of service... I guess if the price is low then the level of service is also not there... There's always employees who feel they dont need to service clients. Long queues at the counters with few cashiers who like to chit char and gossip.
Always friendly and helpful staff. Nice, well priced selection of clothes etc
Friendly staff and products promoted. Just be careful with your valuables when browsing. Other clients have been known to pickpocket
