Total Sports BRANCHES Table View

As a novice seeking assistance and unsure of the athletic world I found the staff to be abrasive and patronizing. As a customer I was immediately offended at the lack of greeting, I greeted on entry and was ignored, I stood by the shoes clearly indicating I wish to be assisted, eventually I went to the counter where the staff were lazing and laying on the counter and asked for help. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful and seemed annoyed that I didn't check the website for store availability before coming on over.... well thanks for the tip, I've since called Sportsmans Warehouse and will be getting my shoes there. It's a small branch and as per the staff are very limited in what they carry. The availability was about as helpful as a Sportscene. I understand stock and availability but your staff didn't even offer to call the next nearest branch to query the shoe for me or they sell me another. Totally off Total Sports

Didn't have stock of the items I wanted and could not complete my order

3 staff and not one knew what a swimming jammer was. Even after showing them the pic from the web page which showed the stock number and that they had stock. Could not find it. Frustrating.

Rude, unprofessional staff. Never going back here. The items I was told were on sale were not, the woman at the till was on her phone while she was ringing up my item when I told her the price is wrong, because it is supposed to be on sale. She got upset that she had to put the phone down and tell the person she would call them back. I decided not to buy anything and before I even left the store she screamed to close the door. Clearly not wanting to serve another customer.

Customer service is appalling. Went in around 16:45, today. 1. Walk in, they don't great you. 2. Look at you, like "what are you doing here?". 3. Asked if there was a bigger size to the soccer boots, I was interested in, not even a yes or no answer, just a "check over there"response. Is that how you assist customers? Wow, so appalled. Never going to Totalsports, Bayside ever again.

good service, l phoned the shop early hours checking on the shoes that was on special for about little while,whether it was available or not l all the information and l ddnt know the name of the sneaker but l was told just in time,l drove few hours later to purchase the sneaker now am sorted,thx to the guy goes by the name Will....#totalsportsbayside.

Bought a top,needed to exchange for larger size,took ages,had to go to another store but staff were great and very helpful

Customer service sucks. No etiquette and wasted my time by not knowing what items are on sale themselves - when the sale items should be marked with price, otherwise how must customers know??

Excellent service with amazing staff who is always willing to assist where it's needed...
