The cashier are too relaxed you stand in the queue until your back hurts

There is a teller by the name Sonto. She is very rude and arrogant. The first time I thought it was a mistake. Today I was there just after 9am. I waited for more than 2mins there was no teller. Then came this Sonto woman. I was paying a bill so she didn't hear the number I was calling out to her. Second time I tried to give her my phone to see the number but she said my phone had Corona virus. I was so embarrased and its the second time.

I was refused an exchange by the manager on my coming soon baby item that still have a price intact and never been worn,she told me I need to do an exchange in eastrand mall where I bought it because I didn't have a receipt, I ask to give her the proof of purchase on my phone but still refused told me that she wont be able to trays the "number " because I didn't bought it there!!!I was very disappointed because I knew that shes just being herself n lying to me, I asked for exchange not a refund!........"if you can't get hold of the receipt and you're taking an item back simply because you don't like it, the retailer is under no legal obligation to give you a refund – but the retailer may offer you an exchange or a credit note."...

A queue is very long and not moving  it's almost 40min standing in one queue, they only opened 2 tills, in a packed place like that..no more  I won't visit the store again

The cashiers are very slow!!!
