This is just an amazing club! The coaches are professional but very fun and encouraging Gymnastics is a highly competitive sport, but their focus is so individual, that it's more about personal growth They went above and beyond during the Covid hard lock down Doing zoom classes and keeping the kids busy with homework I believe that they saved my sons sanity Both of my children have greatly benefited from going to ACS I'm very grateful that they are in the area There aren't many gymnastics clubs around
I can't believe my daughter is now attending the same gymnastics I went to many years ago. Well done Alfi and ur team. Discipline and fun and exercise all in 1. My daughter loves it. Keep it up. Thank u.
Top class gymnastics school, one of a kind in Cape Town. Thanks for the fabulous end of year display sequence, showing us your talented students/gymnasts.
Gymnastics is the foundation of any other sport.. Whether they play soccer, its easier to do a Volley Kick or any Flips.. If they iceskating.. Movement thro their flexible body is so much easier.. My kids had 6 to 8 pack muscles from toddlers bcos they work on their core and its the cutest thing ever.. My daughter started gyming at 2 and half yrs old. Shes 12 soon.. The best club in Cape Town Alfie Schricker the owner is awesome strict but patient with the kids.. The coaches are amazing.. Unlike other gymnastic clubs ACS are like a family and has very high standards that the kids love working towards.. Nobody feels left out at this amazing gymnastic club.
Recommended. Good coaches, but pupils to coach is increasing...my daughter’s progress has stagnated this year. It was always something new last year.
The best gymnastics club. It feels like your family. Great coaches who put there all into training the kids.
My daughter goes there and they are very good at what they do
