I had the pleasure of dealing with this company as car hire was arranged through my insurance, from the first person I dealt Alicia, to Moses the guy who delivered and collected my car at no extra cost ,all I can say is wow, nothing was to much trouble for this company it was such a pleasure dealing ARK Car Rentals. This kind of service is worth raving about, please keep up the good work!
My insurance hired a car for me from Ark Car rentals, I'm really impressed with the service and communication from these guys. They also processed my refund so quickly without any problems as compared to other car rentals.

I was returning a hired car. I blame the Ark Car Rental for not giving me a chance to see their place or rather I blame their efficient process in a good way. I stopped infront of their gate. There was no one in sight but then the big gate rolled open. The security officer suddenly appeared. Let me park safely inside. Asked the reason for my visit. Spoke over a two-way radio. In no time, someone was there to take delivery. And out I drove. For starters, they actually brought the car to my preferred location at no extra charge. Try them yourself.
