I have been struggling to find a decent, affordable treadmill that offered enough support to prevent me from fracturing I have severe osteoporosis and I am too young for medication. I stumbled across a Horizon treadmill that seemed to tick all the boxes, but decided to contact the rep anyway. She suggested a slightly pricier option with way more features that makes you feel like you're walking on air. Not only that, Judith personally went to buy me a mat as the installation guys had scratched my wooden floors, and she delivered it to my house within an hour. Judith is the perfect example of someone who goes above and beyond what's expected to her. I currently have a fractured knee and a healing fractured ankle, but I look forward to using my new treadmill soon. Thank you for the amazing service, product and invaluable advice and actions on Judith's part.

Bought an elliptical machine from them online in June and never received a confirmation email for my order. I contacted Justin the next day and he confirmed the order telephonically. Apparently they didn't have stock of the model I ordered, so they sent me a demo unit of a different model on loan until stock arrives he estimated 1 - 2 months. It's now four months later and I haven't received my machine yet. No communication initiated from their side, empty promise upon empty promise. Be careful.

I sent a message to Tristan his number is listed on ALS website on Monday 18/04/2022 a public holiday enquiring on a treadmill I was interested in buying. To my surprise me returned my call almost immediately wasn’t expecting a return call until ‘normal’ business hours resumed. He answered all the questions I had and even entertained me when I messaged him a few hours later once I had made my decision. Long story short…I made the purchase on their website on Monday evening…by Wednesday morning my treadmill was installed! Highly recommend ALS and a special shout-out to Tristan! Thank you for the great service!
