I have been paying subscriptions for over 6 years now, whenever you request an availability list - you receive a response late and after making multiple follow ups. When you ask them to book for you ,they come up with stories. Their customer care center is non-existent, the phone rings forever without an answer. This is disappointing.

I get shocked at some of the reviews. I have been with the company for five years now and had the best experience of my life. I had a five year contractsigned Dec 2016 ending this year. I have visited 5 holiday destinations4 club+1free voucher rating from average to luxury in three provincesKZN, NW & MP. My extended family have also benefited as I have on two trips booked them at a discounted rate. Yes I experienced communication glitches in recent pandemic times, but I believe most other organisations struggled with transition to the new normal and from my side that fairly deserves both patience and pardon!

Its not easy communicating with your offices. Your reps will send you info it at all 3 weeks later to a point that even your booked holiday dates pass. its a really disappointing service. You phone the office they tell you about the person dealing with your profile. You send her an email she takes weeks and weeks to reply. You call her on the cell they give you.. Dololo. Its not a nice service honestly

This is a scam, I joined these people paid registration fees and monthly subscriptions, for two years. When I needed to use their services they were no where to be found, the Voucher they gave me when I joined also expired. When I call them I was always told the person lady dealing with my account is not available. I lost money on this people... they scam people

They are selling lies when they do their presentations!!!
