Addington Hospital

EVERYTHING IS FREE here! Yes, we have to wait but the doctors are amazing!!! Yes there is no budget but that is not their fault. Blame the govt for this, don't take it out on the staff. They are doing their best under the circumstances.

Wow....we only received excellent service from this hospital. Everything went so smooth and place was clean. My son was at the trauma unit on a Saturday with broken ankle....within 3hours he was seen by a few doctors who was excellent, xrays taken and a cast was put on. We went back on the Monday to see the surgeon....again within a few hours we were done and given a date for surgery in a weeks time. With admission everyone was super nice and helpful, ward was clean and even the food not to bad. Surgery went well and he is home recovering. We had the best surgeon and nursing staff one could asked for.

Gave birth at this hospital and had the worse experience ever. I had to use the sink to wipe myself as I couldn't take a proper bath. There were 2 bath tubs for more then 20 new mums. There was a rude cleaner who shouted at us and told us to wake up and make our beds when we've all had given birth through c section. No cutlery to eat, I was given a plastic spoon that was used by a previous patient. My stay was horrific. Doctors are great Nurses are good But that cleaner was horrible

The orthopedic ward is the best. Best surgeons, friendly and caring nurses who is always there to assist. Very clean ward. Well done Addington hospitalThank you so much Greg Oliver

Security is very rude. need more male nurses coz when the one is on leave they just leave their male patient all messed up.. When we phone an ask them then they go and ask the patient why they complaining to their family. The doctors are excellent. Some of the nurses are polite and very helpful. Too bad some give them a bad name.

my mom was given her date to give birth turns out she had to be there and wait for more than 5 days for the doctors to take her to theater till now she hasn’t even gave birth they keep on telling her not to eat they’ll take her only to find out they won’t, mom may spend her Christmas away from her family & friends. WORSE EXPERIENCE,still experiencing.

It's a state hospital .... Long queues but the waiting times have reduced over the years. Public toilets dirty & badly maintained. Friendly, efficient staff make the place bearable

This hospital is the best, I was here for 3 days, they treated me like a princess and the nurses were very nice and friendly. I'm not sick anymore thanks to Addington.

I went there last year October and November for an amputation both on my right foot.. ankle. I've been there for four week's and didn't have no problems with the docters n nurses.even the surgeons were wonderful and did their jobs professional.Now I ho to the physio department every month awesome

I would like to thank the nurses and doctors that took care of my nephew really appreciate you'll guys. Ward 13 A thank you so much the service was outstanding
