The Workshop Shopping Centre - Durban

Pick n pay store is useless when it comes to till express. 45 minutes waiting to pay for one item. I only moved once. Really annoying when customers are treated like this.have to leave without buying anything. MANAGEMENT SHOULD REALLY WAKE UP, OT NOT THE 1ST TIME THIS HAPPENS. NOW IM HEADING OUT TO SPAR...LET SEE HOW QUICK WITH SERVICE.

Easy to access stores and saves more time to buy in one place then to hop from location to location trying to find stores

It is quite convenient for both private car users & pedestrians‍ because this shopping center is very close to taxi/bus ranks. However it is not easy to notice whether it is a shopping center or just a building. I have walked/drove passed it many times before I knew that the building is actually a shopping center

My experience at the workshop is always amazing. You get to shop while you walk from the various vendors with different products, from snacks to clothing. You also get to take pictures from local photographers, you somewhat feel like you're on a red carpet the way cameras flash at you. You let selfies rest for a bit. Most importantly, since there is lot of economic activity taking place here, one should take great care of their possessions and be alert of suspicious people.

The place is not up to Quality standards. In June of this year I bought a sausage roll at the pie shop in the entrence .The roll was not mince but a out of date pork sausage which made me extremely ill. Why are there no health inspectors doing their rounds in these shops.

It was peaceful and the space it was an uplifting experience with the clean environment is nice

It has been revamped to accommodate more people. It quite clean with variety stores as well as bank mall. Is allocated in the heart of Durban city centre.

It a really nice small shopping center... it even more great that you don't pay for rest rooms any more

I was so disappointed and the way this place was so unclean at the entrance. Its like it isnt a decent mall when looking at it on the outside. Could do alot better

The only problem I have with this place is that that machine where you are supposed to insert money to use the toilets doesn't work half the time. Not to mention the poor hygiene and no toilet paper.
