Adendorff Machinery Mart Witbank

Just noticed with my inventory that I have 2 machine in for repair at Adendorf Witbank since mid March. No communication from the repair centre. Machines are still at headoffice with no quote regarding the costs. When will I have my machines?

phoned for a 3.2 kva silent generator, Said they only have 1 , asked to please reserve it for me, driving from Groblersdal, will be at their shop before closing 13h00 only to get their to find it was sild to someine else. poor service.

Very in willing to provide assistance to new customers. Floor staff have no idea of tool specs and those who do won't come to assist. They rather stand behind their pc passing the info along. Disappointed to say the least as it's an on going issue

Phoned twice for Parts on their tools still waiting for them to phone me back
