I am so happy that I have found Advance Skin Solutions. Dawn has a wealth of experience which she happily shares and addresses my skin concerns by advising which would be the best treatments. Very happy with my results and I will be going for more. In addition, the costs of the treatments are very reasonable. Do not recommend! Owner, named Dawn, is extremely incompetent and practices unethical business. 1. She double charged me for the same products and it took a while to get it resolved. As she was unaware of how to use her own payment system. 2. She did not deliver one of the products as promised. She kept giving excuses and used manipulation tactics to justify her lack of professionalism and follow through. 3. Lastly, Dawn admitted she does not even take care of her skin as she should which was very apparent.. however, she criticizes customers’ skin and pressures them to buy her services/ products. I have since had several contacts visit Johannesburg and I recommended a more honest esthetician who is a reflection of her products. AVOID

I found Dawn and her Company though an Instagram Ad for a microneedling special. Hesitant at first, I however did madke contact, as I was exploring different avenues to keep my skin healthy and youthful. I don’t regret one moment coming to see her. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has been amazing to hear and she had done wonders for my skin. She is definitely not in this business to make money and definitely is there to help her clients find alternative, safe options to suit their requirements. I stupidly put wart remover on my forehead to get rid of some lumps and bumps and ended up burning my skin and causing indented scarring on my forehead. I was absolutely horrified at what I had done and beside myself with anxiety. Another well-known skin salon refused to help me and told me to consult a plastic surgeon. My treatment is still in progress but the results have been incredible thus far. Dawn is an expert in her field and is incredibly knowledgeable. Dawn is great at what she does. She is very passionate about skin and she knows what she is doing. She has delivered way beyond my expectations in just 3 weeks! My pigmentation is visibly clearer/lighter compared to 3 weeks ago when I started consulting with her. She is patient, cares about her client, checks up on her client .She is such joy .I would definitely recommend her to anyone with skin issues.
