Great service and fresh tasty food in a nice setting

Our table came with a beautiful view of the botanical gardens, but sadly the service was confusing and disappointing. The cool drinks were refreshing, but when we wanted some dessert we only had limited options from the long menue list. To place the cherry on top we couldn't reach them on the telephone. Compared to our previous visits this was a let down.

Only had drinks and ordered a plare of chips for the kids. Drinks arrived after a long wait, chips arrived on our departure. Service can really be improved.

Second time being this venue. The Staff this time went over and above expectations. The food and service was great

The service isn't very good. We had to wait for more than an hour just for a waiter to take our order. When no one came I had to personally go and request a waiter so we could place our order. The restaurant wasn't even busy at all.

Very poor service. Waited almost an hour for food that never arrived. Won't be visiting there again.

Quiet place to have food and relax, food also ok.

The food was okay and served quickly.
