I have been buying your outdoor plus case products for many years and whilst they are durable I find that they always seem to be just that bit too shallow to allow sliding the lid closed over the plug? Surely it can't be that expensive to add 5 to 10mm to the depth to make them actually water proof? Please, also look at allowing for the much deeper 2 point euro flat plugs for most equipment?

I purchased an Allbro pool timer and distribution box from Builders a year ago. The manual button packed up due to me greatly overusing it when repeatedly powering on and off the pump to extract water due to the rain. I can only extract a small amount at a time. On contacting Allbro, they couriered me a replacement timer module and an Allbro rep installed it for me. This was truly great after-sales service.  Now I will use the trip switch rather the manual electronic switch.

Love the camera boxes. Got one star because I only got one set of screws out of 4 boxes purchased

I have been using RL5 enclosures for the past few years, the quality of the finished product has drop significantly ! The surfaces are blemished from using a dirty mold when the product is manufactured. The "touch-up repairs" are quite obvious ! I shall have to look for a better product to use .... a pity .
