Transacting with Bernard has been utterly exhausting, frustrating and disappointing. Many litres of paint purchased, many thousands of randsR15000spent on Plascon paint and a considerable amount of downtime on property renovations, has left me with regret in supporting this local company. Bottom line is the error was on their part and it seemed so difficult for them to accept that they mixed a sample incorrectly. In the process, Allkote’s poor customer care skills came to the fore. My best advice, if you shop there, buy translucent paint and you’re on the right track.
