Quick to take your money, but they take months to deliver. Their excuse is that it is on back order but they only tell you after calling multiple times and months have passed. Don't expect quick delivery.
If you like working with your hands you practically live here, still great service and active staff after the rebranding. Always has everything and more. If they do not have everything they will be able to tell you where to find it
Good service but not as much or as wide a stock as in the bigger centres.
This shop has fantastic pricing and excellent stock.. Looses stars for Antiquated help system and cashier. Goods not clearly marked or priced and the shop is so dark.. Please install adequate lighting! You cannot see the stock..
Friendly service, but almost every time I want something then it's out of stock, then promises is made and when I come that day or the day after it's still not there. I'm a regular customer but if it goes on like this, then I'll have to go somewhere else
Was eagerly assisted by helpful personnel on the floor. Felt very sorry for the personnel who had to work in the dark, cold and miserable atmosphere. Bright lights throughout would make a big difference.

Good selection of material and tools; the board department can't cut straight, they don't honour promised delivery dates, full of excuses. Still waiting for the proposed solution to the bad workmanship supplied.
Fast service and very helpfull information
OK for over the counter bits - but they made me wait 4 weeks for 4 steel little windows - a was told a different lie every day "it's on it's way" being the most heard lie. I'd avoid them.
