If you make the journey to Altech Autopage head office you would expect that your problems would be solved in one visit. Because if you're making the journey it usually means you've been to your local store, you've tried the call centre, and you've emailed every address they offer on their website. I'm sorry to say that in my experience coming to the head office is also a waste of time. You will wait for at least half hour before you receive service which can be very hit and miss. I've been helped by some consultants and completely mislead by others. My advice if you do go here and not receive the help you're looking for is to literally rejoin the queue and see a different consultant because you may just get a different answer. Staff here are friendly and I don't doubt that they mean well but overall you are unlikely to leave with your issues resolved.
