No phones on display on the floor. No customers in the store. Not very helpful to assist. According to the lady they only have a few Samsung phones in stock. It actually looks like they closing down. Not sure what is happening there as the other cell phone stores had phones on display.
I got the very best of service from Vinah Ngobeni, so patient and understanding to all my questions and concerns.
They don't answer the phone during working hours ever, the staff is incredibly lazy...won't be long before they close down, im very surprised Cell C would allow this company to be run the way it is
Giving this store a good rating only because the consultant was helpful in pwrson. Other than that cell c service drove me insane trying to call and get help or even trying online was a wastage of time
If I could rate them lower I would. Staff are slow, rude and incompetent. One doesn't know what the next does and they obviously follow their own process. Expect to wait an hour before they grace you with their presence and proceed to not help you.
not very helpful were not prepared to assist me with a brand new phone i had got with an upgrade delivered to my work, i was told to go to vodacom to unblock a brand new phone which arrived with a password on and i had to pay them R250 to unblock it i am till waiting for a call from the head office after i emailed a complaint

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a shop in my life .the employees just do the bare minimum to get past .i recommend that you go out of your way to another shopping centre to do your business ,really really disappointed, something needs to be done there
