Absolutely amazing experience! Johann is incredibly friendly and chatty. You feel very comfortable during the whole process. He design stunning rings for us! He is open to your ideas and will hear what you want and look at your inspiration images. He is also very knowledgeable in his field and can advise if a certain idea will work or not. When he gives guidance that differs from what you want, don’t despair because he knows what he’s doing! Trust the process and you’ll get great results at a great price!
Johann at Altin Jewelers is amazing! My husband had my engagement ring and wedding band designed by him. They spent several hours designing the ring on the computer. Johann let my husband’s imagination run, and he advised on how to ensure the ring’s structural integrity. When I had my band designed, Johann listened to all of my ideas and got started on my intricate ring. We spent an hour or two perfecting the design on his software. At one point I was unsure about how the final product should look. He took the design we created together, gave it some thought over a few weeks and then got back to me with a design that was beautiful and sturdy. When you go to Johann expect a vibrant, man who listens to everything you could want in a ring. And he uses his 20+ years industry expertise to make that a reality. He is exceptionally creative, professional and welcoming.
I have been using Altin Jewlers for a number of years and have had various services rendered by them engraving on watches, alterations to gold bracelets/necklaces, clasp replacements ring size adjustments. Most notably, I had a silver necklace designed, manufactured and engraved by them, which is an absolute masterpiece and exactly as I pictured it, down to the finest detail. Their craftsmanship and design ability is unsurpassed and for custom projects I would not recommend anyone else. Their turnaround times are also extremely fast without any compromise to quality. Their pricing is very competitive and I have never been charged an exorbitant price on any service/item purchased. Service is excellent and they go out of their way to accommodate clients. I will never use another jeweler again. Give them a try, you will not be sorry.
I am in awe of how beautiful your store is. When we did our rings 10 years ago, we were treated with warmth and kindness at his home studio. We are still in love with our pieces. It would be lovely to get ourselves new gifts though.
I would like to thank the owner as well as a staff member for exceptional service, a beautiful neat store, lovely decor, and my beutiful CAT time piece a joy to shop there, where clients feel like VIP's, and friends, beutiful display in the windows, and i was assisted in my home language thanks a million to these amazing people.
