What a great experience received from Aluminium Trading. I was assisted by Lwazi at the counter but every person I dealt with had a smile on their face, from the guys helping me with technical advice through to collecting the goods. Thank you for the experience, you have a great team
Such a welcoming experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about my order history requirements.
I think this company is probably great to use if you have a relatively large job. I do feel that smaller jobs are a bit of a nuisance to them. Don't expect quick turn-around times or responses via email, rather phone. Also don't expect a quick response when contacting via their website, again rather just phone.

Worst service ever received, no feedback and when you call for feedback it's promise after promise that has never been kept. I will never recommend them. Still waiting for a refund for a job that they held for 3 weeks and eventually decided to be honest that they could not do it. My client is livid and so am I.
Incredible service, very professional and client friendly. I always go there with weird ideas and they solve all my problems as long as they have to do with aluminium. Today I came too late but they stil took their time and assisted me. Just great.
Had the most terrible experience yesterday. Everyone should be allowed to make a fair profit but it’s morally inexcusable to shaft your clients.
20minutes to get one length of material issued to me? Realy is that the best you can do? Staff stand around taking great effort to look too busy to assist with your order... i will take great effort to use aluminium trading as an absolute last resort in future.
Poor,poor service from the workshop staff. Saunter around on their cell phones, don't care if customers are waiting to be attended and very long waiting times.The security guy in uniform is more helpful than the staff at the back.Shameful, will not be using this company again-rather go to MS& T in Boksburg who supply aluminum trading anyway.Way more friendly and helpful.
