Amantle Property Management

This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. If you value your sanity and peace of mind STAY AWAY. They also don't refund your deposit back on time, It's been more than 21 working days and my refund has still not been processed, after all the phone calls and emails no one has bothered to get back to me. They'll tell you to send an email to their finance lady Unike, who doesn't even have the decency to reply to emails. STAY AWAY!!!

Very horrible service. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here. The whole office is unprofessional Rina and Ofentse have no respect to the tenants. I was given notice to move out after my visitor was apparently loud and it was at 12 noon on a Sunday. Fine because I was avoiding a lot of things I left but up until now I have not received my deposit back and it has been more than 21 days. When I call the office I’m being told to email a lady called Unike who never replies to emails by the way. This place is horrible I still say I would never recommend.

RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY AGENCY BY FAR. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT AS YET. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THE RECEPTION LADY IS RUDE. ITS ALL A SCAM.

It is a no go area!!!!! I had a break in, reported it after i had asked for assistance, no help had to change locks out of my own pocket and they promised to send maintenance nothing! They bill you twice for water and claim you havent been paying for previous months. Suspiciously high water bills that make no mathematical sense. Very poor service. They ignore your queries, bluetick you and all sorts of red flags. Whatever you do stay away from Amantle property managed residential buildings. Not to mention no security!!! Run the other way!!!!!

Very unprofessional i would never recommend anyone.Rina and Enika have a bad attitude they can’t talk to customers properly.When I moved in to their apartments there was no renovations done i stayed there for 2 months and left dues to their horrible service. they gave me stories when i needed my deposit. there is a guy called Tanaka they decide when to make him a cleaner and an admin officer…a Very horrible place to live at.Bad service and attitude.Rina is super bad and rude for no reason…till this day my deposit case has not been resolved.

Don't say in any apartment managed by them. Mansfield is roach infested and they will say they will fumigate but never do. They hold onto your deposit and after days of fighting they don't pay all of it.

Very bad not willing to help only interested in deposit and trap with contract. I suggest you run from this company look for other companies, they also use PROTEA METERING in there flats which makes it more worse too bad.

They take time to give you your deposit back. They keep creating excuses and they cause more problems on the property so that you don’t get back your money. Fraudulently agency

nonsense of a company. they do not refund the deposit back on time and the deposit is not refunded in full. They are running Rasmus View to the ground!!!
