Each key player strategically chosen to create a pool of skill, resources and experience to draw from. Thus enabling a streamlined vehicle for effective delivery relating to construction projects

Operational Partner, Main Shareholder
Christo Henrico started his property career as a residential estate agent more than 14 years ago. Since then he has transformed into a successful property broker including speculating with property himself and on behalf of clients.
Christo Henrico has spent years selling distressed properties in all areas of South Africa as well as successfully facilitating land sales amounting to R80m during 2011
Recently he and his team have completed the construction of a 3 bedroom unit, the first of five in a neat affordable small cluster. His team and him was instrumental in all areas of this project from acquiring the land to the finished product
His abundant property knowledge and natural skills combined with his partners extensive construction experience and well supervised teams makes for a great all round property team.

In order to execute our policy of “hands on” supervision Riaan is a highly capable all rounder.
Supervision and execution being two sides of the same coin.
Riaans expertise range from Electrical, plumbing, welding to general building security and automation for the past 15 years.
