Marietjie Prinsloo Properties

The worst service I have ever received. Marietjie is rude, unprofessional, and treat you as if you are a thief. It is difficult to put into words how shoking her conduct was. She does not understand after 24 years what is the 72-hour clause in a contract. Stay far away!

We've rented properties before but Marietjie and her team are by far the best rental agency we've dealt with. They're always available, reliable, friendly and eager to assist with issues or doubts. They are good mediators between owners and tenants and have the best interest of both at heart. We've had issues and corruption in the past with agencies so it is a pleasure to recommend Marietjie Prinsloo Properties.

Very unhelpful, unprofessional, alot of excuses and unfriendly. She listed a property in a small estate for a while, when we did the enquiry about the property she had alot of excuses as to way she does not have the body corporate / house rules and why she can not obtain it. She could not answer one of our questions about the estate. Please explain how you can list a property without the necessary information about the estate or do not know how to obtain it?

Called about a property, dealt with Carmen. Never had such bad service. Then Marietjie herself and that was even worse. I don't know how they manage to stay in business.

They never return your calls or emails. Honestly dont know how they stay in business
